Do not waste your money or time. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for anything, but it is well-earned. I was referred by Angi to this company for a repair on a three year old washer. I paid $650 and took four days off work, where on one occasion the technician didn't show. My washer still does not work. After the third attempt at fixing the washer, I requested a refund for the labor only and was told that was not possible. After the fourth attempt at fixing the washer, I requested a full refund and they refused. Both customer service and quality of repair were unacceptable. I hope this saves someone several hundreds of dollars for nothing.

Let me express gratutude for the fellow who came out and replaced the spring on my microwave door. He was fast and fixed the issue straight away. He had no idea why he was here nor had anyone in their office provided him the make, model, or photos prior to his dispatch. The other problem was the $313 charge. I thought there might be a fee in there I was not aware of. No they use the ‘national repair bluebook’ of repair fees. So you may be paying Chicago, NY, Taos pricing. However, my repair is not listed at $300/30 mins and a spring is not $200. All that is to say GET A QUOTE FIRST and seek up front pricing to make an informed decision.

Have a samsung washer. Technician came out and upon trying to fix the issue, they called samsung and spoke to someone about the parts. Technician told me it would be covered by samsung and it would cost $25. They stated parts where on order and they would come back out. They did not put the washer back together. 3 days later the supervisor contacted vie text message and stated parts would not be covered and I am on the hook for out of pocket. They passed the blame on samsung. I contacted samusng and have screen shots of parts being covered. They still will not honor the parts being covered. This company is trash and a tries to scam customers out of money.. the worst customer service around. No phone number all done through text messages. They just pass the blame on everyone else. Horrible company and will be reporting them to the BBB. 1 star is still to high, but can't give negative ratings.
