I really enjoyed our experience getting new a Washer and dryer. Chris was really great with his delivery. When they were first delivered the washer wasn't working properly. Chris took it back and they fixed it and he delivered it today. I appreciate the quick fix and redelivery! Chris was professional and friendly! He even suggested a couple new food places for us to try! If we ever need more appliances we will definitely be back!

Me and my husband needed a washer for a rental property, we were able to get a washer and dryer set for a wonderful price. Saw the set on Facebook, went to their website, and the process was very streamlined and easy. We needed to rent a truck to get it to Grants, and they were very flexible when we communicated our needs. The truck rental’s system went down which put a halt on timing, but this business worked with us to load it onto the truck and we got it to Grants. Thank you!

We've been using MSC for several years now and are so grateful for their services! There's really no need to buy new (way too expensive and I did my research!) and they have a great selection of refurbished machines. We had new washer and dryer installed just yesterday by Chris and he couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. Got the new W & D installed with all the necessary extra parts needed and ran the cycles to make sure it all worked as well as answered all my questions. We are happy to have our new (old) W & D!
