Daniel was our repairman and did a splendid job. He quickly determined that our ice maker indeed needed to be replaced and did so in short order. He then diagnosed the problem with our washing machine which, unfortunately, would've cost as much to replace the drum than it would to buy a new washer. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of appliances and his ability to explain it in layman's terms, while simultaneously showing us exactly what the problems were.

I have a GE dishwasher that I purchased in August of 2025. It suddenly stopped draining properly. I contacted Home Depot since my dishwasher was still under warranty. And they made an appointment for me for repair with Ortega's appliance service. I cannot answer the questions about pricing. Because I didn't pay anything, since my appliance was still under warranty. I will say the technician that came out to repair my dishwasher was able to do so and I must say really went above and beyond to make sure he covered any possible issues and ensure the problems were all resolved and that my dishwasher worked perfectly before he left. The technician was extremely professional, and took his time to make sure everything was repaired correctly. I would highly, highly recommend Ortega's Appliance Service to everyone!

I contacted Ortega's Appliance Service for a dishwasher repair as they were a recommended vendor on the dishwasher warranty. The technician was knowledgeable, quickly identified the issue (a broken drain pump), and completed the work within half an hour. After the service, I needed an itemized receipt with specific information for the warranty reimbursement. I requested one with the office staff over the phone and received a copy in my email inbox less than a minute later. Outstanding service, would absolutely contact them again if I had any appliance issues.

I had a problem with my refrigerator after only two months. The manufacturer scheduled warranty repair with Ortega’s. The problem turned out to be quickly fixable. The technician was experienced and knowledgeable and shared lots of good information with me during the service call. I am very happy and have already recommended Ortega’s to a friend. Because the service was covered under warranty I don’t know what it cost. But it was scheduled quickly and all my interactions were pleasant and professional.
