Highly recommend ABQ Computer Repair. Owner was VERY knowledgably and helped fix my issue. After a major windows corruption error, we needed the computer back up and running ASAP for business purposes. He was able to get the computer fixed super fast and at a great price.
Chad was terrific. He cleaned my system, reorganized drives, made sure everything is backing up properly. He’s a pleasant guy who is also prompt, competent, and - most importantly, since I’m an older woman - clear and respectful. I heartily recommend him.
Just plugged in my newly repaired computer and it's running like a new model. Marshall told me my problem was my old hard drive, NOT that I need to buy a new computer. He put in a SSD drive and my computer is running like a pro. He also helped with backup and a new screen that is acting up. Marshall has also given me excellent advice on tablet / laptop upgrades I need to take advantage of during the black friday cyber monday sales. Now I can buy what I need without making mistakes. ABQ Computer Repair has also serviced our corporate computers for decades. Definitely the go to business in the Albuquerque Metro Area for all your computer needs.
Marshall is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Brought in an all-in-one computer with a failed disk. He knew immediately what to do and explained the options. He got the computer up and running. Unfortunately the disk was too far gone to easily recover the data. Lucky we have a cloud backup. Thanks Marshall!
Marvin and Marshall are awesome. They communicate very well if things aren't exactly as expected. Fair pricing, compared best buy (I am not saying anything bad!) they were cheaper and got the work done weeks quicker. I hope my computer doesn't break again.
