Marshall is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Brought in an all-in-one computer with a failed disk. He knew immediately what to do and explained the options. He got the computer up and running. Unfortunately the disk was too far gone to easily recover the data. Lucky we have a cloud backup. Thanks Marshall!

Just plugged in my newly repaired computer and it's running like a new model. Marshall told me my problem was my old hard drive, NOT that I need to buy a new computer. He put in a SSD drive and my computer is running like a pro. He also helped with backup and a new screen that is acting up.
