Important note for prospective customers: even if you pay for an entire quarter of service, trash pickup stops before the quarter ends if payment for the following quarter is not received in advance. In practice, this means you won’t receive service for the full period you paid for. And your trash will likely be dumped in your yard and your bin will be taken. Based on prior reviews and their responses, I expect a response referencing company policy. But again, they don’t honor policy. So it’s a moot point. Thankfully I live in an area that’s easy to switch to a provider that offers modern options such as auto-pay and clearer billing practices.
