Jamie was quick to return my call and get something scheduled for me when I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my water heater. Shaun called me the next day & was even early to my appointment! I appreciated that he had boot covers so when he came in my house, he didn’t get snow everywhere. Shaun was quick to diagnosis the problem and told me how to fix it on my own next time. Will be using them in the future!

I was suposed to have a plumber come all last week then changed it to saturday then was a no show so i called jamie and he was able to get shawn to my home right away at 8am. He was on time, figured out the problem and was reasonably priced. You just got a new customer and if any of my friends are looking i will definitly send them your way. Keep up the good work

Service First Plumbing was excellent to work with. I woke up one morning to wildly inconsistent water temperature, and they were able to get a technician out later that same day, which I really appreciated. Levi was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, was personable and professional, and most importantly, he saved me from having to replace my water heater thanks to a thoughtful and accurate diagnosis. It’s hard to find service trades you can truly trust and count on, but Service First is exactly that in the plumbing world. If you ever need plumbing work done, I would absolutely recommend them.
