5 stars – Highly Recommend Larson Plumbing We recently found ourselves in need of a plumber for the first time since moving to town in 2021. After suddenly losing hot water, we called around to a few companies. None of them inspected the water heater—everyone told us it simply needed to be replaced and that the exhaust vents would need to be moved to meet code. Then Ryan from Larson Plumbing came over. He was friendly and personable—more so than the others we had spoken with. I mentioned that we had recently been doing some home projects involving chemical fumes and wondered if a sensor might be the issue (we had to replace a sensor after refinishing our wood floors previously). Ryan offered to do a hard reset on the unit and check the sensor with us before moving forward with a full replacement. He even ran to Menards to grab a new sensor and a tube the unit should’ve had in place. He told us if those fixes didn’t work, we could revisit the idea of replacement—but he didn’t want us to be without hot water any longer than necessary. Thankfully, it worked! The hot water came back. Since he was originally there just to provide a replacement quote, he hadn’t planned to bill us right away. We exchanged contact info, and he said we’d receive an invoice in a few weeks. We’ve since called Ryan back out to check on a mysterious drain we discovered while pulling up flooring in our utility room—he’s coming by next week to check it out. It’s a great feeling when you find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also trustworthy. We absolutely recommend Larson Plumbing.
