Driving equipment down the middle lane of Clairemont with ZERO lights, flashing or otherwise. No orange triangle, nothing. I saw several near accidents as people aren't expecting a large piece of equipment in the middle lane of a busy road doing maybe 15 mph. They weren't in the middle lane because they were turning left either, I watched them driving in it for several blocks making no attempt to move to the right or left.
No communication between the business and homeowners when they were coming to mow. They are misleading with their information, and Josh is quite rude. I would not recommend. I got their services because I'm going through chemotherapy and wanted a back up to mowing my own lawn, in case I felt badly. I was told I could text to get on the list for when I was feeling poorly. This apparently is not how they work. They took so long to come to mow one time, even though i texted them, that I mowed my own lawn. Then they came 2 days after I mowed and just started mowing! Even though it didn't need it. I asked twice for fertilizer and bug killer and they said both times they'd do it, but that never happened Not an easy team to work with in the Menomonie area. Find someone else for your work
We showed up just after they closed and a guy who was on his way home, told me to he could get us our mulch. And he did with a smile. Good customer service!
Had used before at the business I managed. Excellent to work with. City regulations dictated numerous items, we talked about needs, got quote and never had to worry... WHY Two Stars... Called them up to do extensive landscaping project. Mike came to my house, laid out goals and budget. That was 12 months ago... I got tired of calling and being told to call him back.
