I knew I made this right call as soon as I dialed the number. Travis called back promptly and we were on the schedule right away. His knowledge and recommendations were second to none. Travis cleaned our filter, which doesn’t always happen. He was attentive to his work the whole time. We will continue to have him maintain our system!

This guy is a good ole Wisconsin boy and is the definition of Midwestern nice! He’s cleaned our septic system for the last 5 years. He takes it the extra mile and removes sludge from both the holding tank and the float tank. (Not everyone does this and if you don’t, it can lead to significant repair and replacement.) He stays true to his commitment and works in rain, snow, sleet, and the heat! He’s punctual and in the event he is unable to make it he will call and explain what his plan is. Most importantly, he CARES about his customers and will do anything he can to make sure your septic pumping experience is a memorable one. Happy pooping y’all!

Travis came and pumped and cleaned our septic system. Most importantly he did it when he said he would, which was ASAP. THANK GOD that smell is gone. We can finally get back to living in peace and quiet. Whatever peace and quiet is, but for smells. Would definitely recommend!
