Dunnett Appliance & Mattress

Purchases a gas range February 2026 -- the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and delivery was prompt, even though I live 2 hours away. Best of all, however, were the two delivery guys who came out in a snowstorm at the end of their day and not only delivered, but also looked at my old stove and caught that we needed to save a fitting from it to connect the new stove -- meaning my new stove could be used that night and not have to wait for a trip to the hardware store the next day for another fitting! Kudos to all at Dunnetts for an easy and happy purchase!

Worst appliance buying experience of my life. I purchased a $3300 washer and dryer set at Dunnett's in Bangor 3 weeks prior to closing on my house. Dunnett's assures me that they will deliver my washer/dryer on the agreed upon date. Well the day before the scheduled delivery, Trent at Dunnett's calls to tell me that they don't have my dryer. The dryer I purchased THREE. WEEKS. AGO. So now I'm in a house with no laundry machines and Trent's solution was "sorry, I can sell you a similar dryer with fewer features for the same price". They purposefully sold machines that I paid for and their idea of making it right is to offer a lesser machine for the same price. Really speaks to the quality of these guys. I would get better customer service at Home Depot and at least I would have the appliances that I paid for 3 weeks ago. It's disgraceful how shady Dunnett's is and now I'm stuck paying $15 a load at the local laundromat. I did the only thing I can do and contacted Speed Queen customer service in Ripon Wisconsin to discuss how their vendors are treating people in Bangor Me. Photos show that delivery was scheduled and Dunnett's just decided the day before my scheduled delivery to sell my appliance to someone else and now I just don't get what I paid for because... reasons?

I purchased a new General Electric Refrigerator at Dunnetts and it failed just out of warranty. I called Dunnetts Service to have them repair the refrigerator, but was told they did not do that type of repair and I should purchase a new refrigerator. I called General Electric and they sent a repair person who repaired the refrigerator and completed the repair under warranty. Bottom line... Dunnetts does not service what they sell..
