Ascend Property Management

I can’t say enough about Ascend property and how excellent they are. They worked with us to get in right before Christmas. Right after moving in, I had plumbing issues and they had the plumbers here within 24 hours to replumb the bathtub and replace the faucet in the kitchen sink. There was a leaking toilet issue. They got somebody right in here to fix it. Plow guy hired by the landlord did a crappy job and left a mess after a storm & within 15 minutes of an email to Codi there was a different plow guy here who did an excellent job cleaning up the other guys mess. When you need something, they’re on it and they get it done. The maintenance guys are also great. Pleasant and respectful! I highly recommend Ascend Property management to anyone looking for a rental.

I’ve been really impressed with Ascend Property Management. Every time I’ve had a question or needed something taken care of, they’ve gotten back to me super quickly. It’s clear they actually care about keeping tenants informed and making sure things run smoothly. Communication has been straightforward and easy, which makes a big difference. Honestly, it’s refreshing to work with a management company that’s this responsive. Highly recommend!
