Our couch has three cushions, one of which had a tear. The best solution was to replace the top leather from all three cushions so they matched. When I asked how long this would take, and then explained the couch is in near constant use, they told me that if I could drop them off during the morning, the cushions would be ready before closing. On the appointed day, I did as requested, and my wife was there shortly before closing. Stellar service. Stellar product. Stellar folks.

We are very pleased with Mr. Rideout’s skills. The chair seats he reupholstered for us came out wonderfully. He is a very pleasant and competent craftsman. Highly recommend and will return if we need future upholstery services.
