I had a great experience with Twin City Tile! They have a great selection of tile. For my project, I (a new homeowner and novice DIYer) decided to install the tile myself, and Jen was very helpful. She gave me lots of resources and advice. I will definitely go back to Twin City Tile for future projects!
I've never had or needed tile work done. But I waited on the owner and his elderly companion recently. He was totally polite, tipped really well and was an all around pleasure to wait on. A lot of guests are nothing like that. Based on his demeanor alone, I would hire the guy if I ever needed tile work! Seems like a good dude.
For months I waited to hear from them regarding work to be done and to buy tile. I called them and showed up multiple times to inquire about the work. And all I wanted was a quote. I'm still waiting after 6 months. I would drive 2 hours to even get tile from someone else rather than use them. There complete disregard for common decency in custom service would make anyone not use there services or their sales department.
Our experience with Twin City Tile was outstanding. Jen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable (and patient!). T is a true craftsman and was absolutely fantastic throughout the installation. He sought our input and offered his thoughts and experience. He was personable, professional, communicated very well and we thoroughly enjoyed having him work in our home. We would highly recommend T and Twin City Tile!!
We had both our kitchen and bathroom floors done by Twin city Tile. Tadashi came on the day scheduled, cleaned up after each day and completed the job as planned, he is an artist and a professional. Both rooms are beautiful and we couldn't be happier.
