We had an awesome experience with Patriot. Anthony was able to come out the same day we spoke on the phone to look at our washer. He was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with the machine, gave us the honest recommendation that we would be better off purchasing a new washer, and charged a very fair price on labor. He took a few minutes to look at some new ones online and with me gave some tips for shopping which was much appreciated. All in all it was a comfortable and respectful experience. Thanks guys!

Anthony responded to my call for help within a couple of hours and scheduled to come by the next day despite having multiple other jobs that were no where near me. Anthony is a man of integrity; he showed the utmost professionalism (and kindness) during our every interaction. We have a 4.5 cu ft LG stackable washer with a unique problem causing leakage of water during usage. Anthony was very responsive via phone and text. He came to evaluate the washing machine at the exact time that he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem and expertly completed the repair in a timely manner.
