iPatch Cellphone & Tablet Repair

I brought my iMac in for an evaluation of possible hacks and viruses. I made a written list of all of the problems which concerned me. I dropped the computer off at 9:00 A.M. and picked it up right after noon. All of the items on the list had been checked and problems solved. The tech, David, was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with this service. They provided me with a quick professional service at a very fair price. What more could you ask for!?!

For David at the Hixson location: my wife dropped her phone and it went into the infinite Apple logo loop. Went to various places (big box and local) and all said it was not repairable or that they could not do the repair. About 4 years of memories to be lost (I know, back up the phone!), but when my wife and I walked in and spoke with David, he knew his stuff and even said there is always an option available to get the memories from the phone, even if the phone itself is not fixable. Well, he first tried what he thought was wrong with the phone and within an hour it was fixed, fully working, and all the memories still intact. Just needed a screen replacement! David is a true professional and an asset to iPatch in Hixson, and they are now our go to place moving forward!

We visited iPatch today to inquire about having my FitBit repaired. The screen on my Luxe had popped loose on one side and it resembled a hinged door. I had it held together with a twist tie LOL! Needless to say the very pleasant young man at the store was able to fix it in just a few minutes. I’m so glad to have my FitBit repaired-plus, now I know they can fix lots of things, phones, etc. and get replacement parts as well! Well worth a trip to the Aldi plaza on hwy 153!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ a five star review!!
