I had a great experience with this dryer vent cleaning service. They arrived right on time, were very friendly, and did an extremely thorough job. They took the time to explain what they were doing and were very helpful in answering my questions. Our dryer vent was previously foil and very old, which is not up to code, so he quickly replaced it with a hard metal vent. It was less than $500 between the evaluation and the replacement.
Jake from Dryer Vent Wizards was professional, thorough, and clear about what our home needed. He diagnosed the issue, replaced the exhaust system, capped the old one, removed old bee/wasp nests, and sealed the area to prevent pests from returning. The work was efficient, very clean, and respectful of our home (shoe covers and full cleanup). Highly recommend for honest diagnostics, cleaning, and system replacement when truly needed. The new system is the correct outward facing solution and the capped one was where the old system once was. Thanks again!

He was very friendly, did a very professional job installing the vent, showed up on time called before he came to tell us that he was on the way. The entire transaction went very well would highly recommend them.
