After expanding my business I knew I needed to upgrade my alarm system, I contact ESS as they were the previous company that serviced the building I was leasing, from the secretary that answered the phone to Carl who installed/inspected the system and to Bryan the owner they were all professional, something not see in many busineses these days. Carl came the same day to review the system and to put it online. Carl explained the entire system to me, how to use it and the different steps to arm/disarm the system, never did he rush the install or rush the explanation of the system. I am now having cameras installed through ESS and I couldn't be more optimistic of how secured my business is going to be.
