My wife and I loved working with Joe Anderson to find the right water heater and get it installed. Joe was very friendly and very knowledgeable and explained quite thoroughly our options. He spent a lot of time with us and both my wife and I saw very quickly that this was a man that we could trust. He told us that we didn't need the Cadillac of tankless water heaters given the size of our house and water usage and helped us pick a great new water heater that met our needs. His technicians came out within a couple of days and did a great job installing the water heater in one day. We liked working with Joe so much that we made plans to have him do all of the plumbing renovations for the house. I can't recommend Joe Anderson and Dependable Service enough and look forward to working with them in the future.
