This company came out to repair my refrigerator after he told me the problem my door switch was bad.when I said go ahead and fix it he said I don’t have the part it has to be ordered but I need $99 for the service call.i said so you came out opened and shut my fridge door a couple times don’t have the part and I have to give you $99. For doing nothing.i got the part number from him made a phone call found the part went and got it and fixed it myself.oh when I asked what the service fee was for he said gas and time coming here there company is in Pawleys I live in Pawleys so they needed $99 for gas.i will never use this company again or any other company that charges a ridiculous service fee.

Repair technician was very Friendly. Did a nice neat job. Techniciancleaned up after finishing. I have used this company a few times and have been pleased with the response time and the work that was done.

Quality of work they leave you with. Came to fix one thing left with a shattered oven door. Not even a phone call to see how they could make it right and before the owner responds and say the oven was not fixable, that’s not the point, they broke one thing that was not broken and literally ignored it.
