I have been a customer of ARS for at least 10 years. Got my heating and air conditioning system from them. Always had the yearly maintenance plan. They came out in November to “service” it for the winter and the tech(which I think they are actually sales) said I needed 2 parts. I told the guy that I would get back to them after I spoke to a friend. I ended up thinking that I would get the parts and I called to make an appointment. No one called me back, I called again and finally I got someone to talk to me and they said that someone will call me back. Well no one ever did. I called another company and they came out right away, said I don’t need the parts so I went with them and got a maintenance agreement with them. I emailed them to cancel my contract. Still no reply. Last week, I got an email saying that they are taking the $300 out of my account. I called right away, and the guy said he would call me back on Monday so I could speak to someone. Still nothing, had to put a stop payment on it and that cost me $30. And still I have not gotten any response. The most horrendous customer service. I would never recommend them again.
