This appliance company was very helpful in getting a time to have my Maytag washer fixed through our service contract The receptionist who called me was very friendly Tom the repair person was great it was a tough fix( transmission )and he got the work done and now my washer works great Thank you
Friendly and very knowlegabile ladies who know how to find that old part. I had a part break on a 1970s dishwasher. They had a hard time cross referencing my part to a third party distributer. The employee said excuse me and went in back and came back out with a box of old used parts and found the two I needed. She told me since they are old I could have them free. I inspected them and they were in excellent condition. I highly recommend Nelson's Appliance for your once in a life time salvage hunt for that one only part. If they do jot have it they will research to help meet you needs.
My whirlpool cabrio dryer stop heating before I went on vacation. I knew I would need it repaired as soon as we got back from vacation. I was recommended to call Nelson appliance while at was at my vacation spot. When I called the young lady was very pleasant and reassured me the part was available. When I got to Nelson she had the part waiting for me and she also told me how to test the part that I believe has failed. In today's world it's hard to find caring and helpful people. Thank you Nelson I appreciate all the help you provided to me.
I have had a whirlpool refrigerator for 2 years, I do not recommend that. But I will say that Nelson’s appliance has been spot on with repairs and communication. Refrigerators today are more electronic than ever, Joe was our technician and it may have taken a few visits but he never gave up. It’s working fine now. Tiffany in the office is always super sweet and polite. Definitely a go to appliance repair shop.
This was a very professional repair. The Repairman did a great job diagnosing the issue and had us up and running as soon as the part was in from being ordered. I am pleased with the service this company completed. Another company I have done much business with recommended them because the other company did not work on GE dishwashers. I am glad they did.
