As first-time renters, we really appreciated the service we received here. My daughter is just beginning to learn cello, and we initially rented a quarter-size instrument. When her teacher advised us to get a half-size, the store made the exchange process simple and stress-free. They were very thorough, carefully checking every part of the new cello before we took it home. Highly recommend!
