SmartFix is excellent and professional! Our son's tablet is almost 3 years old. The screen cracked. We were concerned it could not be fixed. SmartFix fixed it in two days, for a much less expensive price than a new tablet. We hope the need will not arise again, but if it does, we're happy to know a reasonable, reliable place for repair.
More than fair pricing. Amazing turnaround time. Quality work. You can't ask for more. I've been going here for years and I will continue to do so.
Can't say enough. Great service reasonable prices. Nasir (sp?) was awesome. Replaced my phone screen and battery and had my phone back to me in 2 hours. Since he was replacing the screen, he just charged me the cost of the battery. It's great no cracks and my battery lasts all day. If you've had your phone over a year and need to replace the screen, replace the battery also. Battery isn't that expensive and the best thing about a new phone is the battery lasts all day. So keep your old phone longer. I stream on my phone and mirror cast to the TV and I have no buffering problems whether using wifi or air data. (With decent WIFI) So I don't need a new phone.
Very honest and knowledgeable owner- owned business, (which I prefer over franchised operations run by hired employees). He fixed my cell phone within 30 min. Oh and his price was a lit cheaper than the other store I had initially contacted. Previously I was told by many other places (including Verizon) that I simply needed to get a new phone. Thank you for saving me $$$. Will definitely come back here for my future phone issues.
The owner not only fixed my phone screen in under 20 minutes, but was kind and personable to talk to as well. He even checked out my computer’s HDMI problem free of charge. The store itself is comfortable and has a nice couch to sit on if you need to wait there during the repair. Thank you!
