Took great care while working around my home and walked me through the plan and process of the project. Kosta goes out of his way to make sure you’re satisfied with your project and that it comes out look great. Would highly recommend Kosta for your home improvement needs.
I couldn’t recommend Konstantin enough! We were nervous about the undertaking, but he was with us every step of the way. He was clear and prompt with scheduling and answers texts fast. He answers questions honestly and helpfully (we even texted him from the store asking about what brands of products he recommended). He was always forthcoming with options and relative costs. He ended up removing a TON of mold while fixing a bad flip from the previous owners. He took the time to get things right (removing a tile without complaint when I decided it “looked weird” (it didn’t) after it had already been placed. Overall, the result was a work of art. The only problem is the shower is so pretty I am considering never turning the water on and keeping it as an installation art piece.
Choosing KB Home Improvement for my bathroom renovation was the easiest decision I made with this project. It was more difficult for me to choose what kind of tile I wanted for my shower and floor than it was for me to say “yep, this is who I’m working with”! Kosta, the owner, takes so much pride in his work. I really appreciated Kosta for many reasons. He is punctual, thorough, and his communication skills are an 11/10! And if you’re anything like me, this was super important when deciding on who to hire for this job. His prices are also incredibly reasonable (especially considering the insane amount of work that goes into these projects), he’s a perfectionist (thank god, because I’m super picky) and does an absolutely amazing job. The proof is in the photos! And when I couldn’t make a decision on something, Kosta made excellent recommendations in which I would have never thought of otherwise. I could go on forever with the many reasons that he is #1 in my book, honestly. I would recommend KB to anyone looking to do any type of home improvement. My renovated bathroom is my favorite room in the house now. I have many manyyyyy more home improvement projects in mind, and I certainly know who I’m calling for them because I found my contractor for life. Thank you, KB Home Improvement!!
So glad we found KB Home Improvement! Family run business. Reliable, honest and timely. Kosta the owner fairly prices and has great communication. All the things you look for in a contractor. Kosta has completed two projects for us just recently. Replacing a rotted walkway and rotted front stairs. Things look great and are solid and safe. Will definitely use for more projects to come!
