A great company that treated us like family today. They were incredibly helpful on short notice. Don't believe the GPS. When you get onto Lenox St look for a big sign saying to Turn here for 273. The GPS will direct you past the entrance.

I brought in an old King sax , I played as a kid in the early 80s. It had been sitting for decades. They overhauled and now it plays like new and looks great. The customer service was awesome, and his love of music and instruments shone through the conversation making me feel like I was with an old friend.

Off to a bad start already. Paid for the instrument. Was supposed to be delivered to school. Went to pick it up and nothing was there. Calling for over an hour and the only people that pick up the phone is the repair department. So now my child misses two weeks of classes when the month is already paid for. Thanks alot.
