My older pool had major structural issues and thankfully my local pool service company connected me with Drew at Pearl Pool Plastering! Drew was very responsive to my communications and kept me updated as the restoration progressed. The workers who came to the house were hard working and always left everything cleaned up at the end of the day. I was amazed at what they accomplished in a relatively short amount of time. The end result of a pool that no longer leaks and is beautiful too is wonderful. Thank you Drew and crew!
We had our concrete pool and spill-over spa completely refinished by Pearl Pool Replastering about 18 months ago, including new tile and a beautiful new plaster color. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Our salesman guided us through choosing the perfect product, color, and a stunning combination of waterline and decorative step edge tiles. The initial work was top-notch, but what really impressed us was the continued service after the project.
Recently, we noticed our spa was losing some water. I reached out to Josh (our salesman) at Pearl with my concern, and they responded right away. Donnie, our Regional Manager, quickly came out to assess the issue and promptly scheduled the teams to make the necessary repairs. Donnie and his team brought great expertise to the job and truly stood behind their work, ensuring the fix was done properly—not just a quick patch that wouldn't match.
