The outside representatives are very dice, but the problems are within the office. every time we scheduled I asked for the 1st appointment. They say no problem set it up every time and on the appointment day they are not here first time in the morning in fact one time they didn’t come until the next day I own, my own business and time is valuable and to me, they don’t respect my time. They have a premium quarterly which I paid then I canceled before the end of my first quarter and they still tried to bill me. Then argued with me via email that they have to bill me another quarterly charge, which is not correct. Their pest control did help get rid of some of the pest but I did buy over $100 of traps myself to catch the mice.

I had a fantastic experience with Stomp Pest Control today. Dylan Radford came out for a termite inspection and service quote, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was incredibly kind and friendly, but what really stood out was how much information he shared. He went well beyond the basics and patiently answered every single question I had. Even though this is my first time using Stomp, Dylan’s expertise and helpful attitude gave me complete peace of mind. I can definitely trust this team with my home. After my initial contact, Christian came out the very next day for an indoor treatment. Not only was he prompt, but he was also a wealth of knowledge. He had helpful, detailed answers for every single question I threw at him. It’s rare to find someone so patient and informative. Highly recommend!
