I get regular salt delivery for my water softener. The technicians who provide the service are on time and knowledgeable about my system. If something needs adjustment they take care of it as needed so my system is always working properly.
Huge shout out to Carlos, or at least I think that’s his name. Helped me fix an issue I was having with my flow meter. He did a great job of understanding what problem I was having and explaining how to fix it. Saved me hundreds of dollars customer service is not dead yet!
Culligan has been a reliable water specialist- they let me know salt delivery dates a year in advance, and always send reminders as the dates approach. Techs are knowledgeable and helpful with questions.
