Wow, the customer service here is fantastic! Kevin arrived exactly when he said he would, less than 24 hours after I called. We talked prices ahead of time, and he inspected everything and he had what he needed to get the repair done in less than an hour. Kevin was respectful before, during and after our repairs. The door services are covered under warranty that's included in price. I recommend Carlson Garage Door Repair Company to anyone looking for excellent workmanship with competitive pricing. This is my second experience with Carlson Garage Door Repair. The first was the installation of a new opener. Which was perfect. This time my torsion spring snapped. I can't say enough how awesome they are! I texted in the AM and he was out in hours. And did awesome work in -5 weather! It is so nice to know that you can trust the work and the price, and I highly recommend them. I can't say enough. Extremely satisfied.
