Mark did a great job helping us with appliances for our kitchen remodel. He was knowledgeable during the selection process and pointed out things other stores didn't mention. They were patient with our timeline and were able to schedule delivery quickly once our kitchen was ready. I will absolutely purchase our next appliances from Eden Prairie Appliance.

Starting from the experience of shopping with no pressures to sell and very honest truthful opinions which helped us decide on what we wanted to buy. The person for this to meet is LESLIE, 👌 Then comes periodic updates Then comes delivery it was glitch free and very professional The team ensured wood floors were covered walls were not dinged. Then comes installation the expert person there is TIM who knows his subject very well and very thoroughly. Yes you can go to order the same appliances from any other place and we have in the past but after working with EP appliances I will only go to them for their extreme professionalism

Fantastic experience here. Our salesman, Richard, was incredibly knowledgeable, and during our showroom visit, he was able to match our needs and budget with the right appliances. He then went above and beyond and came to our house with the install team to ensure that the installation went seamlessly. Throughout the process, he couldn't have been more helpful, communicative, or professional. We'll be purchasing all of our appliances here.

Exemplary service and care that’s Lisa at Eden Prairie Appliance. As an interior designer I have the pleasure of working with Lisa for Luxury appliance purchases for my clients and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I started working with Lisa it was clear that she is all about exceptional customer service. She took the time to really listen to what my clients needed, answered all their questions, and even offered suggestions that no one else considered. What stands out is how far Lisa goes to ensure we receive the best product for my design along with the best pricing possible. She doesn’t hesitate to dig for promotions to help my clients stay on budget. It's rare to find someone who’s so dedicated to making sure you’re truly getting the most value. But what really is shocking to me is the level of support after the sale. Lisa made sure my clients had all the information they needed to set up and use their new appliances, and she checks in with me afterward to ensure my clients were pleased. It’s not often you find someone who continues to care even after the transaction is complete. If you're in the market for appliances, Lisa is the person to go to. Her combination of aggressive pricing, unmatched customer service, and post-sale support is second to none!
