Starting from the experience of shopping with no pressures to sell and very honest truthful opinions which helped us decide on what we wanted to buy. The person for this to meet is LESLIE, 👌 Then comes periodic updates Then comes delivery it was glitch free and very professional The team ensured wood floors were covered walls were not dinged. Fantastic experience here. Our salesman, Richard, was incredibly knowledgeable, and during our showroom visit, he was able to match our needs and budget with the right appliances. He then went above and beyond and came to our house with the install team to ensure that the installation went seamlessly. Throughout the process, he couldn't have been more helpful, communicative, or professional. We'll be purchasing all of our appliances here.

Mark did a great job helping us with appliances for our kitchen remodel. He was knowledgeable during the selection process and pointed out things other stores didn't mention. They were patient with our timeline and were able to schedule delivery quickly once our kitchen was ready. I will absolutely purchase our next appliances from Eden Prairie Appliance.
