Jay and Pat came to evaluate our water and tune up the water softener system today. They were both very pleasant to work with and did not pressure us to buy any unneeded equipment..refreshing to see professional honesty is alive and well.
When I needed a new water softener I was happy with Jay and team helping talk me through options for repair of my old unit and replacement, including whole-home filtration. The replacement & upgrade was quick and I immediately noticed an major improvement in our water quality - we never had water this soft at home! During install, they also detected and fixed a plumbing issue where our hard and soft water were mixing together, which was great and saved us plumbing work later. They were very open to answering any questions and informing me on different options.
Came out to my house on a Saturday and fixed my water sofner. Jay was very helpful and answered all my questions. Very good service and very knowledgeable.
They installed our old softener 17 years ago and we just had it replaced by them again. They did a great job, were very friendly and arranged to have the new softener installed that same afternoon. The installer even rearranged the location of the softener to give us more space. Very pleased.
I'm a master plumber and was in a real bind with a leaking softener on a Friday afternoon. Jay from Water Conditioning Inc saved me on very short notice with amazing service by installing the necessary part or else I would have had to shut the water off to the customer's home. Thanks Jay.
