We had an excellent experience. Had no idea how our water softener or iron filters worked in tandem with our well! Lars spent extra time with me to ensure I understood the current system and he presented me options for improvement. Nick came out to install the new softener and perform annual service on existing filters. Highly recommend!
Nick was very knowledgeable and did fine work. A couple things to improve on: 1) Bring your own "splat" mat to catch water when disconnecting lines to keep our floor dry. 2) Found some water underneath filters after he departed. Waiting to see if a continuing leak or just did not do a complete clean up before exiting property. But a very nice and personal fellow.
Lars was great to work with. He helped us understand our water quality before any modifications, worked with us to install a new RO (reverse osmosis) system for drinking water, was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us other needed information (e.g. system maintenance, etc.). The price was reasonable. The drinking water quality and taste after all the work was done is noticeably different (in a good way!).
