After battling with two other water filtering systems in recent years, we went with Richard's Water when we moved into a new home and needed a water filter. Woody is knowledgeable about water systems and why you'd want to filter your water. He understands what homeowner's are facing whether they have city water or well water. Woody is prompt, willing to answer any question we had and was never pushy. It's comforting to have a system installed and know that Woody will follow up to keep our system maintained. Thanks!
Richard was referred to me by my aunt from work he did on her home, so when my wife and I had issues with foul smelling well water in the house we just bought, I listened to my aunt’s recommendation and called Richard. I am so happy that I did! He was professional, intelligent and honest when he first came over to do a consultation.
He listened to what I wanted, made honest recommendations and didn’t try to take advantage of a first time homeowner and up-sell me on things I didn’t need.
During the process, he was easy to get a hold of on his cell phone and answered all my questions.
The installer was extremely professional and detail oriented. He arrived on time and the install took less time than expected and was done without leaving a mess. The pricing was fair and competitive with other companies I talked to.
Now that we’ve had the filters installed for a few days and the old dirty water purged out of our system, the foul smell in the well water has greatly diminished.

I was shocked by how aggressively the owner of this tiny company drives his work van.
This guy was constantly tailgating other vehicles, and there were multiple periods where he would repeatedly change changes every few seconds. More importantly, I watched him cut off other drivers more than a dozen times.
Plus, this was on I-494 in the south metro where the speed limit is 60 mph, but he was going above 75 mph at times.
I've honestly never seen someone drive a vehicle with a company logo on it as aggressively as this.
