Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care

I called this place to inquire about the cost of my transmission, Iprovided my vehicle information, and they said, "We don't work on those transmission ." The real question is, why is this place called Cottman's Transmission?

I came there to get my car fixed and had to get it towed away you didn’t even do a diagnostic test or anything but told my I may need my transmission re built and my rear differential ok how could you know it’s my transmission if you don’t replace the rear differential I’m very disappointed being a single parent who works really hard for her money quoting me bs price of 8000 is insane I really hope the next time someone comes in you run a diagnostic test

Please do not take your vehicle here. Their service is terrible. I got my truck repaired here and 30 days later. I had the same problem. The sad part is they did not honor the warranty when I took it back. The guy at the front desk. Mark has terrible customer service. He’s very disrespectful and nasty. Do not waste your time or money here.

Called in needing a diagnostic on my wife’s vehicle and Mark (Center Manager) took care of me. Not only did he reassure me nothing major needed to be done, but charged me nothing for the 10-15 minutes to drive the vehicle and inspect the undercarriage. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience and the integrity exhibited. If transmission work is ever needed, best believe I am going to just one place - Cottman Be blessed!

Shour out to Mark! I would like to give an extremely honest review. This place is amazing. I had many other quotes from other places that weren't even close to this one. Just to start of with the price was extremely low for the amount of work and job that Mark completed. Just the part alone cost more at another place than the entire service. Basically what I am saying is that they were very cost efficient which is very convenient and the job was competed in a great manner. They got me in and out in a great time frame and they did not charge me anything extra to look over my transmission. I truly appreciate the honesty and efficiency. I will be recommending Cottman to everybody and I will be bringing my other vehicles as well. Thanks again Cottman!
