Partners Plus | IT Support and Managed Services in Delaware

Partners Plus has been my IT support service for over 6 years. Recently, I was scammed by perps under the guise of the McAfee security company of all things! They cleverly set me up by mentioning an old, closed account that was renewing and they wanted to help me remove the software and get my refund started. Thank goodness I felt something was very wrong with this and turned my computer off midstream, but not before they got into my computer. I called Bill Hogan, owner of Partners Plus and he immediately responded. He calmed me down first, then he gave me the Safety Protective Protocol that included a checklist to make sure I was protected from those guys draining all my accounts and then running a clean-up program/roll back earlier backup on my computer to prevent any further damage. I can't say enough about having Bill there to help me through what could have been so much worst!

We moved our mid-sized law firm to Partners Plus Inc and have been extremely pleased with the level of commitment, dedication and security we have experienced since doing so. Bill and his team are always responsive and thorough in explaining any questions we have, and are very knowledgeable and personable.
