E-tech is great place to not just get your phone repaired but any electronic device. They do pc repairs, tablet repairs, tv repair and even console repairs. I have been getting my phone fixed here since before Covid. Every time my phone is a fixed in a reasonable fashion. And I feel my phone last longer after coming here. In addition, to having multiple phone plans in store to choose From. They also sell accessories to electronics, like chargers cases and headphones. A great one stop for all of your electronic needs.

I see why this place is rated 5 stars in spite of having over 700 reviews. I was given a free diagnostic, and they were honest about pricing from start to finish. 30-80 to fix the thermal sensor (it continually shut off from water damage), and 80 for a screen replacement (100 if I wanted a high grade screen protector). They immediately got to repairing my phone and finished within an hour. I didn't even make a payment. Thank God I tried contacting this place (they personally reached back out to me when the call went to voicemail). The previous place I went to, UBreakIFix, told me I had to pay $279 for a screen replacement for my iPhone 13 Pro Max ("for labor"). They clarified that this would not reverse any water damage-- as they were incapable of doing that. On top of that, their site explicitly stated that diagnostics were free, but when I came to the store, I was told that they'd have to open the phone in order to run a 'a further diagnostic' (the initial diagnostic was them saying the screen needed to be repaired, something I literally told them before they received the phone), in which case they'd charge $40 up front before assessing for water damage (the same water damage they said they couldn't reverse...). They also said that replacing the screen would take until the end of the night to do. I could not even ask these guys clarifying questions in advance because their answering machine directs you straight to their site to book an appointment... the same site that lies about giving free diagnostics and making absolutely no payment until after the phone's repaired. Needless to say, for tech-related repairs, CHOOSE eTech Phone Repair for good service, quick service, and realistic pricing. You'd be doing yourself a disservice not to.
