I could use lots of embellished words to try and describe the WOW factor but words are not enough..TRUST and Confidence is the closest 2 words. Computer Jocks John and Rich instilled those words through their patience and outstanding work (saving me again). I have heard and read that laptops with glued in batteries are not for the 'feint of heart' and they even said hey this could be yada yada. Computer Jocks nailed it like it was an everyday fix. Very clear and concise to me on the process, most of all the whole process from drop off to pickup was excellent.
