Went here for the first time today not super pleased. I got the ultimate wash bc I wanted the detail. Waited in the waiting room for about an hour and the only thing that seems to be done is a vacuum (not great) and the windows wiped down. The console, dashboard and doors weren’t wiped down/cleaned and there’s still a lot of debris under my seats. Doubt I’ll be back. Felt like a waste of time and money.

This place is great. I like it so much, I saved it as a favorite on my favorite destinations. Home Work New Castle Auto Spa I don’t go that often, but I just moved to this area. There are a LOT of car wash places so I wanted to make sure I could find it again. Always friendly staff. Always do a great job. And a very nice waiting area. The only real request is maybe to extend detail bay a little at least a couple days a week. It is really hard to get there before they close unless you don’t work. Josh did a great job cleaning my car in the details bay and even wiped off some random black tar on my front end that I'm not sure how it got there. Their waiting room is beautiful, it feels like you're in someone's home. Prices are reasonable too.
