Long wait times and they are always sold out. I called 3 days in advance to verify the specific vehicle i wanted would be available to rent to only catch a lyft there and be told no cars were available. Very disappointed. Best advice deal with airports
This location picks and chooses when they want to implement the rules then the branch Manager wants to penalize the workers who have great customer service better than him for making sure the customers leave happy , I have been renting with Enterprise for 3 years and never was told I need 2 proof of residency when using a debit card which if that is the protocol then that’s fine but why do they pick and choose when they want to heavily enforce the rules . I’m a plus member have been renting for years using the same form of payment always leave with. Rental no hassles . I just rented not even a full 2 weeks ago showed documents that were acceptable for me to come today and have the manager question if I have been renting for years . I told him I have been coming for years he said I only see one time as if I was not being honest questioning my integrity it’s like you have to be hassled and feel like your integrity is being questioned in order to rent I never felt like this until today and I was being helped by the manager . Lastly whoever made the rule of asking for utilities bills as a second form of proof of address should rethink . Everyone doesn’t pay utilities how is a utility bill more solid thing a social security card with your address or birth certificate with your address or paystubs or bank statements I was told insurance declaration and paystub isn’t enough insurance and bank statements isn’t enough , social or birth certificate after doing so much business with this company just renting 2 weeks ago that’s very disappointing. I’m still waiting for cooperate to call me back . Thank you
So I had a reservation for 6 pm arrived at 530pm to find out they had no cars available even though I had reserved a car I sat an watch as people were turned away with reservations also sat and watched as people were transported from the new airport only to find out there were no cars available even though they too had reserved cars well around 715. I realized after. Seeing the long line forming of angry people that got of their flights to Delaware being told sorry no cars available even
I heard a guy state he was attending a wedding in rehobeth beach back to me. I dropped my personal car of to get repaired so now I’m stranded I have to work in Dover an hour away tomorrow but luckily I phoned a friend and got a ride home I’m attaching a picture of the people the crowd in the lobby at 715 with no where else to go I was in line before them but I figured they had bigger problems than me. I want to be compensated for my time and my taxi ride to and from work 150.00 also please do something about customers being able to make a reservation when no cars are available and do not advertise for the airport when you are not station there people were really upset. I will be filing a formal complaint. Thank you for nothing ENTERPRISE

I’ve been renting cars from Enterprise for about 10 years. This was most definitely the worst experience yet. When she first showed me the car, instantly I noticed 3 huge gashes in the driver side tire. I said to her can you please give me another vehicle, she said they didn’t have any more sedans at the moment. So I asked if she could possibly upgrade me (as you can see in the pictures it’s very dangerous to drive like that & I was scared). She then said this was the only vehicle they had available. No problem. Then as I hit the highway all I heard and felt was air hitting my head. I got out to look & it was very obvious someone before me had got locked out of the vehicle and damaged the door to where it no longer closed fully at the top. Number 3, there was a HUGE hole in the floor where the driver seat was. It rained all weekend so imagine…. Number 4 the check engine light kept coming on as i was driving as well as the tire sensor light , number 5 the brake peddle was missing the rubber. As I’ve stated before it rained all weekend so just imagine how bad my foot kept slipping…. This was my first time renting from the New Castle location. I’ve always used Newark and I’ll absolutely continue giving my business and money to them…Enterprise New Castle, PLEASE DO BETTER. Absolutely unacceptable. This car should not even be rented out smh.

Despite how busy this Enterprise can appear at 1st glance, please just be patient with them, they will take good care of you !! I stand 110% behind that statement, the customer service is impeccable !! The employee Gabby took really, really good care of me. Treated me like gold. I encourage you to use the “check in” option on the app. prior to your arrival, it will make your experience much faster, however if you choose not to, no worries, your in good hands at this enterprise.
