The care was good, nurse was friendly, doctor was good but didn’t seem to have concern for the pain his exam was causing. My only real issue is I checked in online for 10:30 and they still didn’t get to me until almost noon. What was the point?
I observed 2 nurses help a patient in the waiting room with compassion and respect. They were professional and kind. I thought to myself if I were in her shoes I would be so thankful for their actions. I expressed my feelings to both of them and the PA who was on duty with them. Thank you to the staff for keeping the patients wellbeing the priority! We need more of you!
The mad assistant and the Dr who saw me on 11/19 were incredibly kind and helpful. I was quite sick. I am grateful for the ease in which appts can be made , or someone can walk in . Thank you to all the staff working around 1pm Nov. 19th!! -- JoAna C.
