Devon was outstanding! I bought a house and it had multiple fireplaces. He thoroughly checked them and gave me great professional advice. He not only found things the inspector pointed out to me but a few other things and explained why we should change it. He is very personable with a great demeanor. I feel very confident using my fireplaces now after his exceptional service on them.
Can't say enough about Dave Robbins in the Service Dept. Advised me on a (non-OEM) replacement remote control for my (older) Majestic fireplace to enable me to order and install it myself and avoid a trip charge from Port Washington to Pewaukee!. He also provided extensive info that was a huge help in finding and deciding on the right replacement! I'm now back to enjoying turning my fireplace on/off from the comfort of my fav chair. Thanks again, Dave!!

Bobby Vranek, from Chimney Concepts, came out today and installed our stainless steel chimney chase cover. Our old cover was very rusted. He did an awesome job. Bobby is very personable and he is a hard worker who pays attention to detail. The chase cover fits perfectly and looks great. Bobby took several pictures for me so that I could see the results. I highly recommend Bobby and Chimney Concepts.
