The Fire Factory

Jerry did a great job. I had called ahead and spoke with a female receptionist and asked what precautions are taken to insure that our furniture and rugs were protected from debris during the process. She said the team wears shoe coverings and that they cover the furniture. Jerry was not told that I wanted that. They did not have furniture coverings or shoe covering. They did put tarps down but I had to cover my sofa and move a chair. Everything was Ok tho and the fireplace looks great!

Jerry was fantastic! Very polite and personable. Made sure to answer all of my questions before leaving, show me where the gas source was, how59 operate the fireplace, and was very conscientious about the snow outside and wood floors inside. Asked where I wanted him to put the grate from the old fireplace, even offered to take it to the garage! He moved a few items (mirrors, electronics) that were in the way. He did his best not to “disturb” me. Fantastic experience! Any future fireplace needs will be with th fire factory! Also shout out to Bobby who did the initial evaluation. Also very personable and super knowledgeable.

Great service and work. Excellent communication throughout the process. A special thanks to Alex who had to work through the challenges of my old home and the weather. Very professional and left my place spotless despite the flue replacement demolition (see pic for prep). I highly recommend and actually hired them based upon a recommendation from my neighbor. Just had Phase 2 completed. Jerry and Alex did a great job! Very professional and efficient. Not only installed new log set but rerouted gas pipe and added a shutoff valve. Also did a great job of educating me on operation (including a remote!). Will highly recommend and use for future maintenance. See transformation below.

Everyone was wonderful from start to finish! We never ever felt rushed during the selection period at the beginning of the project. Bobby was fantastic to work with, and made us feel like ours was the only project he was working on! Our biggest thanks go to Cody and Casey who were amazing craftsman building us our dream fireplace. The work they did to cut the stones perfectly around our old barn beam mantel was meticulous and the end product is absolutely beautiful to us! I would highly recommend The Fire Factory if you are considering a fireplace renovation!
