Very pleasant, courteous and informed gentleman who came to our house to estimate the cost for revisions to our fireplace. The price was fair, and we proceeded with the installation of the gas fireplace. We could not be more satisfied with the fireplace, and especially with the two men who spent most of the day tackling the installation. They were very diligent in testing and assuring the safe operation of the fireplace, and likewise instructing us in its safe usage. Thank you smokestacks for sending us Romel to do the inspection in sweep of our chimney. I hope I spelled his name right! He was very very polite and did a wonderful and beautiful job of first of all laying down Mats and tarps and blankets so as to not soil our Carpeting; and really worked very hard. and He did a thorough cleaning of the chimney, checked the flu and all the components inside and out high and low. I can and will very much recommend Smoke Stacks to our friends and family!
