Only chimney service we will use going forward. This I believe is the 3rd time we have used them and I think Lavarr has been our technician each time. Very honest quotes with very good feedback on each service recommended. This time he recommended 2 services but made it clear it was not critical that we did them immediately and even gave us some tips for DIY preventative maintenence and things to do in the meantime. He did this last time too for minor repairs that anyone can easily navigate. Absolutely no pressure and a ton of information. We are going ahead and scheduling the recommended services just for our peace of mind. In this day its hard to find honest and outstanding customer service. Scheduling was a breeze too, whoever we talked to was very polite and informative and made it easy.

Honesty is hard to find these days! He came out to inspect and clean our chimney- we bought the home and weren’t sure if the chimney was operational. After taking a look, Robert let us know that the liner would need to be replaced and he hated to clean the chimney knowing that we would still have to have that work done before using the fireplace. We talked about the price of the insert job and decided not to do it. He also was going to clean the dryer vent, and when he saw how close it was to the outside he let us know that we could easily do it quickly with a shop vac and he didn’t want to charge us for such an easy job. He also immediately took his shoes off before entering the house which was a nice touch. I’m so thankful to have found an honest company.
