Brett and Justin both provided prompt, effective and efficient services. I came in from out of town to visit a family/friend and noticed significant water marks. I called in, Bret was able to schedule discovery visit and provide an estimate within the week. Promptly upon receiving approval on the estimate we scheduled the repair date. Justin called an hour before appointment to confirm he was on his way. He completed the repair within a couple of hours. The fact that we had freezing temperatures had no impact. We will call on Chimney USA again! Thank you both.

Ethan and Case came out today and went over a lot of information, choices and long term care. They were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. The guys kindly asked if they should take off their shoes after petting my annoying dog. They took me step by step through future plans and alternative options for keeping my home safe. We could not be more pleased with our experience and the workmanship from Chimney USA. They were extremely prompt, efficient and professional. Case and his partner did a great job cleaning the chimney and provided a fair quote for the repairs. Justin did a fantastic job repointing the firebox and the shoulders on the chimney. We would highly recommend these guys for your fireplace cleaning and repairs!!
