Had a phenomenal experience working with Shawn and Linda. Scheduling and initial coordination for services (provided model/serial numbers via email for appt prep) went smoothly with Linda. She apprised me of expenses for diagnosis and application of that cost to repair/part fees. Shawn called ahead and gave me near by-the-second accurate prediction of when he'd arrive with significant lead time, which I found more than ideal. When he arrived, he made quick work of both mechanical assessments of the failures AND the repairs. In addition to that, he let me know some solutions to additional problems that I could take care of myself, even pointing me towards affordable tools to accomplish them. When I'd made jokes about replacing the lot of my appliances if they were all gonna fail at once, he said, yeah you could do that, but the models you have here are reliable for XX reasons and each should have XX more years of function in them without need for repair. Which I thought was incredibly helpful and a reflection on his knowledge and capability. I cannot recommend them enough.

Beach Appliance Service went above and beyond! From the first call, I knew we were in great hands. The kind woman who set up our appointment was a pleasure to speak with. Shawn is absolutely amazing. He repaired our Maytag Bravos XL washer and even provided my husband with instructions fixing a common issue regarding that particular brand.
