I would highly recommend East Coast Appliance when you buy a household appliance. I bought a GE Dishwasher and had it installed. Rodney arrived today for the install, and I am very pleased with everything. Rodney was organized, efficient, and professional. He answered the few questions I had concerning the install. Everything went as it should, hassle-free!
I came in on Wednesday and ordered a new GE washer and dryer combo. We originally ordered them to have them delivered on Saturday. The assistant manager John was able to get us on the list for Friday delivery. It’s now 12:30 and the combo has been installed. Super professional and very good customer service. I rate this at 5 stars and will not be purchasing Appliances from any big box stores in the future.
I recently purchased a washing machine from East Coast on Battlefield Boulevard in Chesapeake. In and out, delivered and set up. My wife was happy, and she wasn't with me. Great Experience all around. I'll be back!
