Lucky did a very thorough job, explained what & why he was doing certain things. He arrived on time, was polite & kind. Took care to put on shoe covers protecting the flooring. I received a text with my technician name and pictured and eta. Loved this! He was very prompt and wasted no time in diagnosing the issue and repair cost. He repaired the issue and encouraged me to sign up for a service contract explaining the benefits in detail. I signed up! Justin was great!
Quick response time. Very knowledgeable. Gave different options of handling the issue. Pleased with this initial service. Update: Roger came back the next day to do the work! I am truly impressed with this company and the people I have delt with. They are professional yet friendly. Their prices are along the lines which I expected to pay.
