I don’t usually write reviews, but after my recent experience, I had to shout out two incredible women: Cookie and Jamie. These two didn’t just provide great customer service — they delivered a masterclass in patience, professionalism, and personality. As an “old man” who thought he knew a thing or two, I walked in thinking I’d seen it all. Well, Cookie and Jamie proved me wrong — in the best possible way. They taught me a few new tricks with such ease and kindness that I didn’t even mind being schooled! Give these two a raise or their own show.

Need parts for your appliances this is the place to find them. Customer service is very good. 09/1/22 They sell Goodman HVAC equipment they have parts and can get parts for most every appliance. Give them a call speak to Jimmy or cookie both women can help you find anything, just about, that you need. Be sure to let him know that you seen the pictures on Google. They've always been very reliable to me. I do recommend cashwell appliances as a good place to find appliance parts and HVAC equipment.
