His response time was within a few hours and he set us up with an appointment convenient for our schedule. He called ahead of time to let us know when he was on his way. Upon arrival he gave us his business card and a brochure outlining the basic services that he performs. He was very friendly, courteous, and thoughtful. He was careful in setting up his equipment, using safety measures, to climb onto our roof to clean the solar panels. With a device we provided for him, he took pictures so that we might see the before and after appearance of the panels. They had not been cleaned for 14 months, so they were covered with a layer of dust and bird poop. When Yomir finished the job, they appeared shiny and brand new. He was very careful to place our water hose back exactly the way he found it. Anyone who needs their solar panels cleaned, Yomir is the man to call.
